iPhone Sunday

Today's iPhone Sunday shot is in celebration of my good friend Beth's birthday.  Beth is the owner of B.Side Photography in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.  She has a wonderful way to make vintage feel new, and new feel classic.  If you're in the Bucks County area and looking for an exceptional wedding or portrait photographer, definitely check her out.  Even if you're not, go over and "Like" her Facebook page, and wish her a Happy Birthday!

So like I promised. Here is a small, albeit light preview for the new MattGruberPhotography.com

Still a work in progress, but I'm definitely happy with how it's turning out.  I am using David Jay's Showit Fast Site and I'm pleased so far.  It's a great program tool for photographers looking for a clean, easy to use site builder with flash (if you choose).  The only downside that I have come across in the past is their support.  They off no phone support- only email or live chat (in which you need to be a subscriber to have access to).  All-in-all, I definitely recommend checking it out if you're looking for a new home for your business.

Being as that iPhone photography is becoming more and more popular by each passing day, I figured why not dedicate Sundays to iPhone photography. Here's my shot of the week- nothing too special, just my newest pair of Nike Dunk SB's.

     So like I promised (to all my maybe 3 viewers), here is a little bit about me.  Well, I am a professional photographer, specializing in weddings and fine art.  I'm based out of Philadelphia, where I've spent most of my life.  I spent my college years (even though I did not attend college) in beautiful sunny San Diego, soaking up the California sun, and a brief stint in Charleston, South Carolina.  Now that I am back in the Philadelphia area, I decided to go back to school.  My extremely talented girlfriend, Jenna, got me thinking about this blog idea.  Check her out here!  She's a painter, who also creates awesome jewelry pieces and other little arts and crafts (I promise she's not paying me to say this).  Well, that's enough for now, hope everyone has a great weekend!

Hello...welcome...hola!

     So after constant nudging by fellow photographers and friends- here I am!  I can honestly and humbly say I'm not quite sure what to expect from this blog.  Although I plan to have many photography related posts- tips, pictures, ideas- I will also do my best to give you an insight to behind the scenes.

     You can find me all over the web, from Twitter to Facebook and my website (which is currently under construction.)  I plan on having a preview available sometime early next week.

This weekend I plan on really digging deep and making myself at home on here.  I will tell you a little about myself and how I've gotten to this point.
